Chad comes to Stonehaven Cozmix Group (SC Group) with 3 decades of experience in sales, marketing, and operations within the Animal Health industry. In his role as Head of Business Development at Stonehaven Cozmix Group (SC Group) , Chad leads strategic growth initiatives across the firm's portfolio, which includes Corporate Strategy, M&A Consulting, Sales Force Optimisation and Territory Alignment, Commercial Pricing, and Data and Analytics in Commercial Sales, Innovation, and Customer Engagement. ​

Prior to Stonehaven Cozmix Group (SC Group) , Chad held executive leadership roles at Patterson Animal Health in the US, where he drove significant growth in private label brands and led cross-functional marketing and business development teams. His experience also includes spearheading commercial expansion at Anitox Corporation and various roles at Novartis Animal Health including Executive Director of Commercial Operations, Region Director, and UK Companion Animal Business Unit Head. ​
