2026 Stonehaven Consulting Team Retreat

Last week, our Consulting Team had the privilege of coming together for our annual training in Milan (IT) at the beautiful Villa Gallarati Scotti.

It was a week dedicated to strengthening our community and sharpening our craft with focus on #Finance, #Leadership, and #AI

A particular highlight was our leadership sessions led by Karen Durkin and Tim Richardson, where we focused on:

• Leading self and others through influence, not authority
• Adapting communication styles across teams and stakeholders
• Working from individual and team strengths
• Managing energy and building resilience in a demanding environment

Another impactful moment was our session with guest speaker Manfred Brennwald, who shared powerful insights from his own experience on “Decision making under pressure.”

Beyond the structured sessions, the week was equally about reconnecting – sharing perspectives, learning from one another, and reinforcing the culture that underpins how we work

Now energised and inspired, we look forward to supporting our clients with clarity, rigour, and most importantly – driving meaningful impact.
