PetVivo Holdings has terminated its agreement with VetStem, paving the way to prioritise its own product pipeline and erase prior licence commitments, as it streamlines its growth strategy for veterinary innovations.

PetVivo Holdings has ended its commercial relationship with VetStem, signing a termination and settlement agreement effective July 24, 2026, that closes out their exclusive licence and supply arrangement for the PrecisePRP product line.

According to the company, the deal resolves all outstanding matters tied to the earlier agreement and sets out an orderly handover of remaining inventory and related sales activity. PetVivo said its only remaining cash obligation is $75,000 in two scheduled payments, subject to a further adjustment if post-verification inventory falls below agreed minimum levels. The agreement also provides for the return of unsold product to VetStem and keeps in place a warrant allowing VetStem to buy 250,000 PetVivo shares.

VetStem entered the original arrangement in February 2025 to commercialise PrecisePRP, an off-the-shelf platelet-rich plasma treatment for veterinary use in dogs and horses. The product was designed as a ready-to-use option that avoids blood draws and centrifugation.

PetVivo, which focuses on veterinary medical devices and therapeutics, said the settlement allows it to concentrate resources on its proprietary Spryng with OsteoCushion Technology platform and broader growth plans. The company has filed a current report with the US Securities and Exchange Commission detailing the transaction.
