Elanco Animal Health has delivered a strong second quarter with revenue of $1.368 billion, up 10% year-on-year, as Zenrelia achieves blockbuster status and Credelio Quattro accelerates clinic penetration — prompting the company to raise full-year revenue guidance to $5.09–$5.14 billion and lift its innovation revenue target to $1.25 billion.

Elanco Animal Health reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.368 billion, up 10% on a reported basis and 8% on an organic constant-currency basis, as demand for newer pet treatments and a strengthening ruminant portfolio drove broad-based growth across the business.

Pet Health revenue reached $718 million, up 12%, with Zenrelia — Elanco’s JAK inhibitor for canine allergic itch — achieving blockbuster status year-to-date through July and now present in approximately 18,000 US clinics, with US JAK market share up 9 points year-on-year. Credelio Quattro, the broad-spectrum parasiticide, accelerated its clinic penetration to over 50% of the US base and has launched in Australia, Canada and Japan. Befrena, the company’s new anti-IL-31 monoclonal antibody for canine atopic dermatitis, has shipped to nearly 1,400 US clinics with demand running at more than twice initial expectations.

Farm Animal revenue was $633 million, up 9% reported and 5% organically, led by global ruminants — Elanco’s fastest growing species at 12% organic constant-currency growth. Swine declined 3% organically.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 21% to $288 million with margin expanding 200 basis points to 21.2%, ahead of expectations, driven by favourable US Pet Health mix and pricing. Operating cash flow strengthened to $277 million. Net leverage improved to 3.1x, down 0.5x from year-end 2025, with the company targeting below 3.0x in 2026.

CEO Jeff Simmons confirmed the company’s Innovation Portfolio Productivity strategy is delivering, with full-year adjusted EPS guidance raised to $1.10–$1.16, a 20% year-on-year increase at the midpoint.
