Stonehaven Consulting and Cozmix merge to become a global life-sciences consultancy group

Frauenfeld, Switzerland, and Heathrow, Florida, USA, 6 December 2022 – Stonehaven Consulting AG and Cozmix Inc., today announced their merger to form SC Group, creating a life sciences consultancy focused on organic and inorganic growth strategies, commercial resource allocation including sales force optimization and territory alignment, and a range of other specialist services.

Stonehaven Consulting’s heritage in commercial strategy complements Cozmix’s focus on commercial resource allocation. The combination of these areas of expertise will cover the entire commercial value chain, from strategic concept to commercial execution, to the benefit of our clients.

Together, Stonehaven and Cozmix will have a significantly enhanced global footprint, with office locations and legal entities in the US, UK, and Switzerland servicing a wider range of key markets. SC Group’s management consists of four experienced Partners, including Juerg Baggenstoss, Ralph Heuser, Matthias Hofer and Steve Maughan, under the Chairmanship of George Gunn.

The new company will offer a wide range of commercial consultancy services for life science companies, from strategy development through to implementation and best-in-class commercial execution. It combines Stonehaven Consulting’s strength in animal health and human MedTech corporate and commercial strategy, as well as transaction advisory services, with Cozmix’s commercial resource optimization platform and software. These help clients to accurately determine the optimal size, structure, and intentional deployment of their commercial resources.

Cozmix’s unique software suite, AlignMix, enables customers to balance workloads across sales territories and analyze customer potential in a fast and easy-to-use format for major countries worldwide.
