Leonardo Schwarz

Leonardo joined Stonehaven Cozmix Group in January 2026 and is supporting clients across commercial strategy, transactions, and value creation initiatives. He has worked on projects spanning the Animal Health and broader Life Sciences sectors, helping clients evaluate growth opportunities, develop strategic initiatives, and make informed commercial decisions.

Prior to joining, Leonardo gained experience across Private Equity, Investment Controlling, and Transaction & Valuation Services, with a particular focus on the DACH region. His work included AI maturity assessments and digital transformation initiatives, financial modelling, valuation and cost of capital analysis, and portfolio strategy to support investment, product, and growth decisions.
