Provet introduces an innovative AI-powered platform that integrates booking, treatment, billing, and clinic administration, aiming to streamline operations and enhance patient care in veterinary practices.

Provet has unveiled what it describes as the first all-in-one veterinary practice management system designed for AI agents, aiming to support booking, treatment, billing and clinic administration from within a single platform.

The company says the agents are built directly into the Provet PMS and draw on the clinic’s records, performance data, operations, customer communications, inventory and permissions. In practice, Provet argues, that means the system can understand what is happening in a clinic and, with human approval, carry out actions that would otherwise take staff time to complete manually.

A key feature is a natural-language layer that answers operational questions using live practice data, including invoices, payments, debt, items and health plans. Provet says this should allow practice managers to ask questions in the same way they would speak to a colleague.

Clinical Agent, powered by Provet’s AI Scribe, is intended to capture spoken measurements, diagnoses, medicines and charges during consultations. The chart and invoice can then be checked and confirmed with a single click, reducing the administrative burden on clinicians.

Provet also says its forthcoming MCP function will connect practices with external AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, while still allowing secure access to Provet data.

The company, which describes its software as a cloud-based PMS supporting scheduling, medical records, invoicing and client communications, says the launch is aimed at helping veterinary teams spend less time on software and more time on patient care.
