Sonja Schneider

Sonja is a Business Development Associate, driving strategic growth initiatives across Stonehaven Cozmix Group. She works closely with senior leadership to support business development, strengthen client relationships, and coordinate commercial initiatives.

Prior to joining the Business Development team, Sonja held executive assistant and operations roles at Group level, where she served as a central point of coordination for a wide range of business-critical functions. She managed executive support, HR administration, finance and accounting coordination, marketing activities, and day-to-day business operations, partnering closely with senior management to deliver high-priority initiatives and ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
