Juerg Baggenstoss

Juerg has more than 15 years of consulting experience across Animal Health, Life Sciences and other industries. He has delivered numerous strategy projects in Animal Health and Human Health, supporting both private investors and industry clients.

He has started his career in R&D for Nestlé Nespresso and was part of Kearney’s PE/M&A in London and Zurich.

Juerg has extensive experience serving companies and Private Equity firms across Animal Health and the wider Animal Care Adjacencies, including Pharmaceuticals, OTC, Biotech, Diagnostics, Distribution, Vet Clinics, and
Precision Livestock Farming. Clients seek his advice on topics of organic growth strategies, M&A, commercial due diligence, merger integration, and value creation post-acquisition.

Juerg is a Chemist by training, holds a PhD in Chemistry/Food Technology from ETH Zürich and an MBA in General Management from Cranfield School of Management.
