Joanne Tsang

Joanne is a Strategy Consultant supporting M&A and commercial strategy engagements across the Animal Health sector. She advises Private Equity investors, global Animal Health companies, and Start-ups on commercial due diligence, product and portfolio assessments, go-to-market strategy, and growth opportunities. Her work combines rigorous analysis with practical commercial insight to help clients evaluate assets, identify value creation opportunities, and make informed strategic and investment decisions.

Prior to joining Stonehaven Cozmix Group, Joanne worked in the Deals team at Strategy&, where she gained experience across commercial due diligence and broader transaction advisory engagements.

She holds an MSc in Management from Imperial College Business School and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, bringing a strong analytical foundation and collaborative approach to helping clients navigate complex strategic challenges in the Animal Health industry.
