Chad Bushman

Chad leads Business Development for the Dental vertical across the Stonehaven Cozmix Group portfolio, driving growth and strategic initiatives across data analytics, corporate strategy, and commercial transformation.

He brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience in the dental industry across the U.S. and broader North American markets. Prior to joining Stonehaven Cozmix Group, Chad served as Vice President of Sales and General Manager for North America at Patterson Dental, following a series of multi-region leadership roles across the Southwest, Mountain West, North Central, and Ohio Valley. Earlier in his career, he held commercial positions with Rubbermaid Commercial, Georgia-Pacific, and 3M.

Chad is an active contributor to the dental industry and serves on several boards, including Dental Lifeline Network at both regional and national levels, the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation, Mission of Mercy, and Wellfit Technologies.

He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an enlisted infantryman.
