Beatrice Vos

Beatrice brings more than 20 years of international experience, combining deep legal, commercial, and transactional expertise gained through senior leadership roles in both industry and private practice. She works closely with pharmaceutical companies, investors, and innovators to structure and execute strategic transactions that accelerate growth and innovation across the animal health sector.

Prior to joining Stonehaven Cozmix Group, Beatrice led Elanco's international legal team and served as lead counsel on many of the company's most significant business development transactions. Earlier in her career, she was an M&A lawyer at Freshfields and Allen & Overy, where she advised multinational clients on complex cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.

Passionate about developing people as well as businesses, Beatrice is a strong advocate of empathetic leadership and female empowerment. She serves on the Advisory Board of The Nine Equality Initiative, a Brussels-based NGO dedicated to advancing gender equality and inclusive leadership.
