Veterinary diagnostics firm Zomedica emphasizes sales execution and long-term clinic relationships in latest investor session, building on previous webinars on innovation, manufacturing, and product priorities.

Zomedica has used its latest “Fourth Friday at Four” investor session to put the spotlight on sales execution, after a series of webinars this year that have focused on strategy, innovation and manufacturing. In the July 24 presentation, the company said the discussion would examine how its commercial engine operates, from the framework behind sales conversations to the team structure and tactics intended to convert product interest into long-term clinic relationships.

The event follows a June webinar in which Zomedica set out what it called its “Five Pillars”: pet care quality, pet parent satisfaction, veterinarian workflow, cash flow and profitability. The company has said those priorities shape product decisions and support its portfolio, including the TRUFORMA diagnostic platform and the PulseVet therapy system.

Earlier sessions in the same series highlighted research and development in February and manufacturing and quality operations in April, suggesting Zomedica is seeking to reassure investors that its growth case rests on both product innovation and operational discipline. The recurring format also underlines management’s effort to explain how its US sales footprint is intended to support adoption in veterinary practices.

As with many investor webinars, Zomedica prefaced the presentation with a standard warning that remarks included forward-looking statements and that outcomes may differ from expectations.
