SPACE reveals 2026 Innov’Space winners spotlighting AI, machinery, and animal health innovations
The SPACE exhibition has announced its 2026 Innov’Space winners, honouring 32 innovations across digital tools, machinery, and health solutions that reflect emerging trends in farming technology.
SPACE has unveiled the 2026 Innov’Space winners, with a jury selecting 32 innovations from 78 entries. Of these, 26 received one-star recognition and six were awarded two stars. Special mentions will be announced at the ceremony on Tuesday, 15 September, during the Rennes exhibition.
Didier Lucas, president of SPACE, said the breadth of the winners reflected the exhibitor base and underlined the momentum among companies using the event to launch new products.
This year’s selection points to three clear themes: digital tools and artificial intelligence, machinery, and a sharper focus on animal health and food safety. Among the digital awards are systems for automatic sow feeding, contact-free piglet weighing, AI-based carcass analysis, bovine reproduction monitoring and farm continuity for robotic operations. One project, Jabnde, is a health-monitoring application designed for farmers in Africa.
Machinery also remains central, with awards for autonomous bird scaring, in-cab equipment coupling, handling systems, a windrower-baler combination, mixer-wagon weighing, a high-capacity fertiliser spreader and an autonomous electric feeding robot.
Health-related innovations include new poultry vaccination tools, parasite-treatment decision support, biosecurity systems, vaccination management software and mycotoxin risk control.
SPACE said 12 of the recognised innovations relate to cattle and dairy farming, spanning health, feeding, reproduction, housing and milking. The winning solutions will be on display at the show from 15 to 17 September.
