IMV Technologies Group has consolidated its veterinary brands into Vet Solutions, aiming to enhance international collaboration, research, and technological innovation in animal healthcare.

IMV Technologies Group has brought its veterinary operations under a single global banner, launching Vet Solutions as it seeks to sharpen its offer to animal health professionals.

The rebrand combines IMV Imaging in the UK and Ireland, Veterinary Solutions in Belgium and Medivet Animal Imaging in Sweden. In the Netherlands, UD-Vet will keep its current name for now, although the company said it will remain closely tied to the wider group.

According to the company, the move is designed to preserve local relationships while giving customers access to a broader international platform spanning products, services, training and innovation. It also marks a deeper push into research and development, with the group saying its teams will work alongside veterinarians, universities and industry partners on tools aimed at practical clinical problems.

Tina Hunt, managing director of Vet Solutions, said the initiative was intended to unite people, expertise and technology into “one connected organisation” focused on customer support. She added that the group would continue to invest in new technologies, education and artificial intelligence for veterinary care.

Chief executive Oliver Kohlhaas said the restructuring would strengthen collaboration across the business and help it respond to a changing market while supporting long-term growth. For a sector under pressure to improve efficiency and clinical confidence, the company is betting that scale and integration will matter as much as brand recognition.
