Hill’s Pet Nutrition has promoted key executives, Keith Wilkinson and Carolyn Belloni, to strengthen its global and US customer development efforts amid ongoing market diversification.

Hill’s Pet Nutrition has moved to strengthen its commercial leadership, promoting Keith Wilkinson to senior vice-president of global customer development and appointing Carolyn Belloni as senior vice-president of US customer development.

According to the company, Wilkinson will oversee customer development strategy in international markets after 19 years with Colgate-Palmolive and Hill’s. He has held roles including retail marketing director for Hill’s US and general manager for Hill’s Mexico and Latin America, and most recently led the US customer development organisation. Hill’s said his data-led approach helped reshape its route-to-market model and support record sales and sustained share gains in the US.

Carolyn Belloni joins from Targeted Pet Care, where she was chief sales officer. She has more than two decades of commercial experience across pet care and consumer packaged goods, including senior roles at JM Smucker, Big Heart Pet Brands and PepsiCo.

Yvonne Hsu, president of Hill’s Pet Nutrition, said Wilkinson’s channel expertise and strategic record made him well suited to the global post. Rauf Gurbuz, executive vice-president and general manager of Hill’s US, said Belloni brought sales leadership and a strong track record in omnichannel growth.

The appointments come as Hill’s continues to refine its customer development structure across key markets.
