Elanco’s newly released 2025 Impact Report highlights the company’s progress in innovation, sustainability and responsible business practices, while outlining continued investment in animal health solutions for both livestock and companion animals.

Elanco Animal Health has released its 2025 Impact Report, titled Leading with Purpose, detailing the company’s environmental, social and business initiatives over the past year. The report focuses on four strategic areas: supporting animals, customers, society and employees, while illustrating how these priorities align with the company’s long-term business strategy.
Among the report’s highlights, Elanco reported generating approximately $892 million in 2025 revenue from products launched in recent years, including Credelio Quattro, Zenrelia, Experior and AdTab. The company also outlined progress in its research and development pipeline, targeting five to six potential blockbuster product approvals by 2031 with an estimated combined peak sales potential exceeding $2 billion.
The report also describes efforts to improve access to animal health solutions. Elanco noted that more than two million dogs worldwide have been treated with Zenrelia and highlighted regulatory authorizations secured to help address the spread of New World screwworm, an emerging livestock and companion animal pest.
Beyond product development, the report emphasizes environmental stewardship, responsible business practices and workforce development. Elanco reported more than 28,000 employee volunteer hours during 2025, supporting 938 nonprofit organizations globally, while continuing leadership development initiatives and governance programs covering product quality, animal welfare, environmental resilience and ethical business conduct.
The company said the report reflects its commitment to integrating innovation with broader societal goals, including strengthening food systems, supporting veterinarians and livestock producers, and improving the health and wellbeing of companion animals. The full report is available on Elanco’s investor relations website.
